This is the female Eastern Bluebird (Sialia sialis). It was nice to watch the pair catch all kinds of worms from the forest floor in our backyard. We are often in awe at all the wildlife that makes its way through our backyard. This just adds to the list which includes deer, fox, bald eagles, woodpeckers, and hawks. I didn't take a picture of the snake that Robert and I caught, but it was a very nice looked Garter Snake who was a little shocked to be woken up from Spring sleep.
